How to Take a Detox Bath (you have at least 40 minutes available to do this) (1) Prepare your bath (2) Fill tub with hot water (3) Add Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate). (4) Add 1 or 2 cups baking soda (5) Add ground ginger or ginger tea (optional) (6) Add aromatherapy oils (optional) (7) Mix all ingredients in a tub and soak Pinned for future reference :)
