J'adore l'aspect méli mélo du cimetière du Père Lachaise. C'est-à-dire, on DIRAIT que c'est pêle mêle mais en réalité il y a un plan très bien établi. I love how the Père Lachaise cemetery looks all a-jumble. However, there is a detailed plan. The architects designed it to be like an English garden with lots of nooks and crannies. It makes for a fascinating, very calming, delightful stroll. I spent about 4 hours wandering around and still missed a lot.
