I'm always throwing jars away rather than washing and peeling the labels simply because the lids have labels that won't come off.  Why didn't I think of painting them, especially with chalkboard paint?  Duh!

Take a mason jar and spray the lid with chalkboard paint.-seed jars need-chalkboard spray paint and chalkboard chalk

A good idea for a small bathroom, under hanging shelves for things like cotton balls, cotton swabs, etc. Also great in the kitchen, for a spice rack over the stove. Just hang jars from bottom of the cabinet.
