Crock Pot Green Beans 2 pounds bacon, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon minced garlic 3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed 1.Heat bacon, onion and garlic, and cook until browned. 2.
