Christmas cookies Mix 220 g butter and 1 cup sugar on medium with an electric mixer for 3 min. Add 2 eggs, 2 tsp. almond extract, and 2 tsp. salt and mix. Add 4 cups of flour one cup at a time and mix. Refrigerate 2 hours. Heat oven to 175 degrees C. Roll out dough. Cut shapes with cookie cutters. Bake 11 minutes. Decorate with icing and sprinkles.
