Chiapudding kakao 1 portion Dag ett 2 dl mjölk 3 msk chiafrön 1 tsk agavesirap Dag två 0,5 fryst banan 2-3 tsk raw kakao 0,5 dl bovetecrunch med chokladsmak På kvällen mixa mjölk, chiafrön och agavesirap.
