This Vishram Asana (Lounge-Chaise) designed for Pure Spaces is an homage to the great work and legacy of Joaquim Tenreiro which till date finds relevance in modern sensibilities. The half disc represents Sita (light half of the month from new to full moon) on which the Vishram-Asana gently rocks. Our re-edition of the original is true to the proportions and dimensions, but reinforced with stronger joineries. The natural rattan cane is peeled and woven meticulously by hand.
