Such a pretty idea for a garden party. Love the use of ribbon to create a backdrop or divider. :cb: ribbon can be expensive; alternatively, find a couple pretty sheets and carefully cut them into thin strips.
W Studios New York described this wedding to utter perfection: “A Gatsbiesque garden party, combining the best of the vintage and the modern”. And you know what the flowy dresses, and that tree. Oh, that tree.
A cool guide to ring metals. My husband picked out his engagement/wedding band. It is two tone white and yellow gold with a trio of tiny square diamonds. Classic, masculine, and nice-looking. I love that our rings complement each other.
Sparklers create a grand exit -- the next best thing to fireworks! Make it easy for guests by providing buckets of sparklers. Line walkway with lit votive candles so guests can easily light their sparklers.
"This would be funny to explain who everyone in the wedding party is, the program, etc. (funny facts about bride/groom & everyone else)" this is pretty great.I like the funny facts about each person idea
this would be really cool to have the bride and the groom each write a wish for their first year of marriage on a piece of paper, roll it up, and put one in each balloon and then after the wedding ceremony release the balloons.love the BIG balloons
Giant cheesecake instead of a traditional wedding cake. I love this idea, except instead of strawberries (not a fan) I'd just have frosting, and marble cake instead of cheesecake. So, essentially, I love the idea of a heart-shaped wedding cake
