DIY Fabric Marbeling-be sure to soak fabric in alum and water, then dry. Prepare marbling bath with methocel, ammonia and warm water, and let sit for hrs or until thick. Uses acryslic paints for marbling fabric.
Tie Dye Ombre Technique Step a line of dye along fabric edge. Step a large wet paintbrush to brush dye upward on fabric. Step paintbrush in water and brush along edge of dye, pulling color upward to create a gradation of the original color.
