Cacao & Chia Seed Pudding 1/4 cup chia seeds 3/4 cup almond milk 1 tsp cacao powder 1/2 tsp stevia  Place in a jar or container and shake! leave over night or for around 30 mins. Top with berries of your choice!
Coconut Whipped Cream - Includes clear instructions on how to take coconut cream off a can of coconut milk.   Chill the coconut milk in the coldest part of the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, taking care not to disturb or shake the container. The coconut milk will separate with the white liquid on top and the clear on the bottom. Once cold, flip over the can, open it, and carefully pour the clear liquid into a small container to save for another purpose, such as smoothie making.
