1954 GMC Hauler
This GMC truck was on display at a 4th of July celebration in Manhattan, KS. The owner said that originally it was an Army fuel tanker truck and he bought it at a property disposal sale. He spent a year restoring it as a truck that he could use to haul other vehicles that he finds to restore. The vehicle on the back is a 1954 GMC pickup that he expects to have finished in 3-4 months.
1957 GMC DR 800 with a 4-71 General Motors diesel w/jake brake, and air suspension on both axles... both features being rare on 1950's era trucks. Truck is at the Schroyer Truck Museum in Celina, OH. Photo is from CAT Scale "trading card."
