Fake news. The one that looks like a bird is Radiata the white egret flower from Japan. The name is from Peristeria Elata which doesn't look like this but does look like a dove is nesting inside it, and is Panama's national flower. (google it - it's cool.) As for the "Budding" picture - I have no idea, but it does not look like the buds of either of these plants.
