Many students have trouble identifying adverbs, so lots of practice activities is essential. This practice packet consists of six worksheets where students identify adverbs in sentences. Students learn that adverbs modify verbs, adjectives and other adverbs. Students also learn that many adverbs end in -ly, but words that end in -ly can also represent other parts of speech, too.
