Lower Harbor Iron Ore Dock, Upper Peninsula, Lake Superior, where Great Lakes Steamships once pulled in and loaded up with iron ore pellets from local mines brought to the top of this structure by rail. The dock is now decommissioned but remains an iconic attraction for photos and dominates the landscape. There is another ore dock nearly identical at the Upper Harber a few miles away that is still in operation. Marquette MI USA.
