These cheesecake fat bombs are super delicious. In this recipe, I've been able to create a fat bomb that is actually enjoyable to eat, which doesn't just taste like coconut or plain old butter. I devoured the whole batch within a week, so I'm guessing that's a good sign :-)

Snackstips; Briepuffar | Skär i tärningar, ca 1x1cm. Man behöver ej skära bort den vita kanten, den blir dock inte krispig som resten av osten så vill man så skär bort den. Lägg brietärningarna i knäckformar på en tallrik. In i micron 3-4 min på 750 Watt. Kan gå snabbare/ta längre tid beroende på micro , börja därför med 2 min och kör sen 1-2 min till.Lägg Ca 18-20 st per tallrik som max så att alla får värme. När dom är klara så har dom ”puffat upp” som små bollar och blivit lite gula
