[ Baba Ganoush – persisk aubergineröra ] 8 port. 4 aubergine / 4 msk tahini / 2 vitlöksklyftor, pressade el finhackade / ½ citron, saft / salt | Nagga auberginerna, grilla i ugn på ca 250° ca 20-30 min. Skalet ska bli svart, nästan bränt o köttet mjukt. Lägg i en skål täckt med aluminiumfolie el kastrull m lock. När svalnat, dra av skal, låt rinna av el pressa ur vätskan. Mixa. Tillsätt tahini, citronsaft, vitlök + salt, mixa till slät röra. Smaka av, tillsätt ev mer citron el salt.
