Remember you can control the pattern. _ A lot of the timenegative thinking patternsonly continue to be negative because they are talking to themselves. If you think I am inadequate and theres no counter to that then yeah you will probably feel inadequate. _ But if you practice talking to yourself taking the time to have inner dialogues (or outer dialogues if you feel comfortable talking to your mirror like Issa does!) you can actually work to change patterns of behaviors and thought.
