The Spilling hoard found on Gotland, Sweden. The Spilling hoard is the largest hoard yet found from the Viking age. It was found at Spilling on Gotland in 1999 and weight 67 kilos before conservation. It consist of around 14.000 coins from Islamic countries and rings of silver.

In the autumn of 2011 recreated sculptor Oscar Nilsson Birka girl's face at the Historical Museum. She has a permanent place in our Viking Exhibition and now reconstruction also got a name - Disa!
