Slowed down a bit on the round of Burpees/Punches, but finished strong. The dips in Sean's workout were just too much for me this time.

Extreme Ab Workout ( bodyrock dailyhiit ) - modified by adding a straight leg ab lift on the stability ball - did all 5 exercises for 50secs each, 5 sec rest - 4 times through - definitely a burn, but I wonder if it worked my lower abs enough
