Today I did this pyramid workout. I must have been in a groove when I got to the 7th curcuit because I actually did 10 crunches. LOL
Countdown Cardio Workout- looks easy, but burns those calories!
Burn-300-Calories - I (Megan) don't know if I burned 300 calories, but this is a great way to start your day! It took me exactly 10 minutes and i definitely broke a sweat. A nice addition to the daily routine.
