The Lake District -- Andrew, Aaron, and I spent a week in Hawkshead a decade or so ago, exploring and enjoying Beatrix Potter and Wordsworth country.   Aaron hiked; Andrew and I walked.  It was superb!

Grasmere is a village, and popular tourist destination, in the centre of the English Lake District. It takes its name from the adjacent lake, and is associated with the Lake Poets.
