This is one of my favorite appetizers at a local seafood restaurant. I loved it so much that Ive recreated it at home. It makes enough for two generously portioned stacks.
Nai Yang is a long curved bay fringed with tall casuarinas trees. The beach is a popular spot among locals who come to picknick on the weekends. There are also a few local seafood stalls and restaurants along part of the beach. Camping is allowed on the beach.
