Morning everyone  Started an awesome Sunday with this epic breaky! Butternut-squaffles cooked perfectly in the air fryer, @musclefooduk dragon fire hache steak  grilled halloumi and spicy salsa  Hope you all have an awesome day!

lunch today was an absolute DREAM! fluffy green pesto cous cous with @musclefooduk BBQ chicken breasts, and fried halloumi, SO GOOD! the best part? took me about 5 minutes max to make and i have enough for two days worth  i baked the chicken breasts a couple of days ago so they were good to go, and with couscous you literally just add water and cover so i only had to prep the fresh salad and fried halloumi  don't be afraid to branch out and try new things. i had a quick look what ...

DINNER 😎🙌🏻 made a fresh batch of @musclefooduk chilli lean chicken meatballs using my slow cooker, some passata sauce (tomato puree), tinned five bean salad, garlic paste, orange peppers, baby leaf spinach and some some wholemeal pasta 🙊 to make this delicious dish, brown off your meatballs in a frying pan and add to your slow cooker set on high for a couple of hours with all of the ingredients bar the pasta and spinach! this recipe is great to batch cook for your meal prep as you can…
