"Dancer Split Stretch" This is an advanced split stretch with straps on your feet. I usually give this stretch to my dancers and skaters, because it's a lill tricky to get in to the position and control the straps. Once in position, tuck and release your pelvis 5-10 times to release the tension in your hip flexors.....nice innerthigh opener. www.mypilates-place.com
