"Chocomole" from "My Beef With Meat by Rip Esselstyn  Prep time: 5 minutes  Makes: 1 cup  1 ripe avocado 1/3 cup pure maple syrup ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional) 1/4 tsp sea salt ¼ cup water (or more if needed)  Instructions: Process everything in a food processor or blender. Add water as needed until smooth.
