Simple pizza dough.

My New Roots: Pizza Crust and Sauce- the all spelt crust is very crumbly and nicely crunchy on the edges. As there's no gluten you press it into shape like a crumb rather than stretching like a normal pizza dough. Flavor is hearty and nutty.
