carbfree pasta: 4 eggs, 125 gram cream cheese, 1/2 dl psyllium husk. -- set oven at 150°c, whisk eggs fluffy, stir together w/ cream cheese & psyllium husk. let dough rest a few minutes until it thickens. -- meanwhile, dress a baking tray w/ a baking sheet. pour the dough onto it and use a rolling pin to make it as thin as you can without tearing it. bake for 10 minutes, or until golden & solid. now the tricky part: shredding! use a pizza cutter or roll the whole sheet & use scissors.
