This adds more good saturated fats and anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties 1.5 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1" piece of fresh peeled and sliced ginger or ½ tsp ginger powder 1 tsp of grade b maple syrup or honey to taste a sprinkle of black pepper. Blend everything then to stove 3-5 mins
