Paint Dipped Pine cones. they look like porcelain flowers!

Paint Dipped Pinecones - Would make a great centerpiece with some red glass ornaments mixed in a clear glass jar! Might try this then add glitter for my Christmas tree this year cuz we know I gotta have my pine cones!

Everyone gets a square with a quarter circle, this is the end result- could be a good ice breaker beginning of year activity. Each student decorates the square and includes their name. Nice way to decorate the bulletin boards in the beginning of the year!
