  • 2 (70g) large egg whites only, large
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice, fresh or bottled
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tsp Baking powder

  • 2 3/4 cups Cake flour
  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/8 tsp Kosher salt, coarse
  • 2 tsp Lemon extract

Here’s a look at how to pipe a flat daisy pattern on a cake! For the yellow centers use any round tip such as 6, 8 or 10 and pipe a large dot. For the petals use any petal tip such as 102 or 104.
