LS-98872-L 2nd floor - OK, here's where it gets interesting. This house has 2000 sq ft of unfinished basement and 700+ sq ft unfinished on the third floor. In all that space, I would add a rec room, another kids bedroom, guest suite, and music studio (with plenty of room to spare). Honestly, so many options - the 3rd floor could be a huge master suite, rec area, or even in law suite. So many options. My head is going to explode! :)
