Ladies, is anyone else's back a little tight and achy?   Achy backs are caused by one of two reasons - weak abdominal muscles or back muscles that haven't been given a chance to stretch and strengthen.  Either way, it makes for a pretty miserable experience. Our day to day lives - especially since we've been under quarantine hasn't been very good for our backs.  I created this brief yoga flow sequence for everyone that is suffering from a sore and achy back this morning.
Some days you want to really sweat. Some days you want to chill out. And some days you just want a juicy yoga flow to feel good about yourself. This is a medium intensity yoga flow sequence that starts and ends nice and easy, with lots of emphasis on yoga for mobility and feeling good with dynamic poses.
