Eat peas my love, because I love you! After reading this you may want a small serving every day, but fresh peas are, imo, superior to the obvious frozen variety. Also, steam them, don't boil, by adding a cup or two of water in medium pot, not sure for how long but next time I see them made I'll keep time. This way surely more nutrients remain in each pea.
