Vegetarian pie! Make a LCHF-pie with almond flour, sesame seeds, butter and eggs. Bake in oven. Chop broccoli and boil in lightly salted water for a few minutes, then let dry properly. Make egg filling form 2dl heavy cream, 2 dl crème fraiche, 4 eggs, 200 gram flavourful shredded cheese, salt, pepper, spices of choice and a pressed clove of garlic. Whip together and pour over the broccoli in the pie bottom, top it all with slices of goat cheese. Bake for 30m, 200°C. Serve with salad!
