this week we celebrated our daughter’s dream of one day owning her own bakery on main street of our tiny town. 💕 this whole quarantine experience has helped us realize that we may not know the future, but that the unknown shouldn’t stop her from chasing her dreams. well we’re excited for her and we shared some sweet mother-daughter moments yesterday that I will cherish forever. you can follow along her adventure here: @sweettreatsbyanneclaire … speaking of motherhood thoughts, my dear friend @b Main Street, Dear Friend, Mother Daughter, Realize, Speaking

our trampoline up and flew away tonight! a storm had picked up fast — as I was watching the dirt from the neighboring construction 🚧 blow like a saharan sandstorm — it tipped over, took flight and was out of sight...so quick I couldn’t believe it! … i called to carl & the kids, who ran out into the dust bowl to find it (I was on a zoom call lol 😂) … all is well and it didn’t take out any kids, neighbors or windows so we’re very grateful...we’re assessing the damage & planning where to put it n Dust Bowl, Very Grateful, Zoom Call, All Is Well, Trampoline, Neighbors

the kiddos & i loved welcoming you to our home last week! creating our first online opening was wonderful & something i’ll treasure from this crazy time. 🥰 … there are quarantine days when i wonder if i‘m ENOUGH for these 5 dear souls...am i encouraging them properly? loving them enough? being strong when it’s time and compassionate in the way they need it most??!! … but when i need THEM most...they put aside all their needs, jump in, and be part of this world 🌍 they know i need for my sanity, Need This, Crazy, Strong, Wonder

in all honestly, my french 🇫🇷 brain has felt a bit upside down helping the twins with their dual immersion spanish school work 😂...but then i get to sneak back into my studio and i’m so very grateful carl suggested i take over the living room/great room last year 💕 … @kathleenmariestudio shared with the #CANDYcoloredclub last week that she had recently moved their master bedroom to the basement so she could create alongside her toddler daughter each day. 🙌 … other friends are changing space Changing Spaces, School Work, Great Rooms, Twins
