Peanut Butter Fudge - I've been making peanut butter fudge since 1963 - My recipe: just bring a small can of evaporated milk and 2 cups of sugar to a rolling boil - stirring constantly - I boil it for about 3 to 5 minutes - remove from heat - stir in 1 1/4 cup creamy Jif Peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I just pour it out on wax paper or my countertop - it sets up very fast - then cut into squares... it's delicious, easy and cheap and no one can tell it from the expensive kind...:
