The College Student Who Plants to Change the World. Do you have a corner of your yard that collects more water than the rest? Maybe an indentation in the landscape that floods every time it rains? Until now, that corner has just been a nuisance, full of mud, pouring water into the street, and creating an eyesore on your property. But according to 19-year-old Union College sophomore Sara Covelli, that area is not only a wasted space, but a wasted opportunity to help the environment.
Fortunately for one Williamsport woman, Lycoming College senior Zach Frannin decided to walk back to campus early Saturday, instead of getting on a bus with the buddies he'd been partying with. He was in the 100 block of East Fourth Street when he saw the handbag. When he looked inside, he found credit cards and $2,100 in cash. "I never thought about taking the money," said Frannin, of Clearfield. Instead, he continued on to campus, then walked back downtown to city police headquarters.

It's barely been over a week since the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity at Transylvania University swept the Internet with their epic rendition of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off." "There's been a lot of excitement more than anything," the president of the fraternity, Daniel Lyvers, tells PEOPLE about how life at the frat house has changed since the video went viral. "Within the chapter, we just kind of continue to do things the same, I think. Everybody else around us is just really excited."
