Perhaps the most common way of needlebinding a sweater.. start at the bottom hem, continue up to armpit level and create two loops, one at each side that will serve as sleeve loops. Then continue upwards with cowl area, shape by doing decreases either slanted or straight up in vertical line, possibly also at the very sides depending on fit/design. Lastly, finish the sleeves.
