Have one drawer for each student, when they finish their work they can go to their work box and pull out things to work. (lets the teacher assign different things for the student/if they need extra practice in an area) - DIFFERENTIATION!

Jobs board is a great way to employ the use of 'classroom helpers.' Each child's name would circulate either weekly, or in this case monthly between the different tasks. This classroom procedure could easily be adapted for use in any grade level.
