1/2 yellow onion, 1 clove of garlic, 3/4 cucumber, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 2 cans whole tomatoes (à 400g), 1 cup olive oil 3 tbs vinegar. Peel and chop the onion/garlic. Chop the vegetables finely. Mix the onion, garlic, cucumbers and peppers with tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar to a smooth soup. Add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
