Foxgloves would make a delightful fairy wardrobe!

Foxglove (digitalis purpurea), an old-fashioned flower. Folk names include folk's gloves, as people used to think fairies used the flowers for gloves. Gorgeous in an early summer border. Grows well in Northern California

Delphinium and foxglove

Foxglove & blue delphinium are shy in the sun. Shade is much better for these delicate flowers. The foxglove can handle a little more heat/sun than delphinium.

Daisies: My all time favorite flower! Great photo of shasta daisies along a picket fence.

Antirrhinum is a genus of plants commonly known as snapdragons

Snapdragon (Anthirrhinum majus) - Great choice for the flower border, works well as cut flower for arrangements also. a most underrated flower

GARDEN: White - Digitalis Foxglove "Snow Thimble" - The first truly pure white Foxglove.

Yellow and Blue Hydrangea, I love these and have them planted everywhere.

Yellow and Blue Hydrangea beautiful colour combinaton. I love hydrangeas as they can be cut and dried for later use.
