The El Miro Theatre, located at 1441 3rd Street in Santa Monica (1934). The façade is still there, though the interior was razed to make way for what is now the AMC Loew's Broadway 4 multiplex, and 3rd Street is now the Promenade.

The Streamline Moderne El Miro Theatre - 1441 Street, Santa Monica, California - opened 1938 - 900 seats - architect Norman W. Alpaugh - The theater was demolished, but the facade lives on, fronting an AMC multi-plex.
