This 30 day Paleo challenge... everything is written out.. totally doable!  Just got done with this 30 day challenge and although I don't look much different I feel healthier and stronger! I have to admit I skipped a few workouts ;( about 10 through out the 30 days but I really tried to drink all the water she tells you to and stay away from flour. I lost 8 lbs :)
