  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Napa cabbage ((2 pounds, 1kg)), large
  • 4 Scallions
Tillbehör
  • 3 tbsp Korean chili pepper paste
Bakning och kryddor
  • 2 tbsp Korean chili powder, coarse
  • 2 tbsp Salt, coarse
Olja och vinäger
  • 1/3 cup White rice vinegar
Kimchi recipe from David Leibovitz. Healthy and good for you, this recipe is vegan but can be highly adapted (dried shrimp or fish sauce, root veggies, herbs if you're adventurous in flavors) to suit your taste buds. Off to the Korean grocer!!!
