Vegan, Gluten free ∙ Serves 6-8
Produce
  • 1 14- oz can Chickpeas
  • 1 handful Flat-leaf parsley
  • 5 Garlic cloves, large
  • 450 g Jerusalem artichokes
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 drizzle Olive oil, extra-virgin
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1 handful Pine nuts, lightly toasted
Liquids
  • 1 tbsp Water - or more if necessary
