Choco-Banana Protein Oats

Ingredients
Ingredients (serves 1)
• - 1 pack of @rawcology banana grain-free granola
• - 2 rice cakes
• - 3/4 cup of hot unsweetened almond milk
• - 2 tbsp of stevia
• - 40g (about a heaping scoop) of chocolate caramel pea protein (used @happywayau)
• - 1/3 cup of water
• - 1/2 sliced banana
- Low carb dye-free sprinkles
Method:
• 1. Mix the oats with crushed rice cakes and add the hot almond milk.
• 2. Mix well and transfer to a small jar.
• 3. Mix the pea protein with water and top the oats with it along with the bananas and sprinkles.
