Spaghetti with Mascarpone, Meyer Lemon, Spinach, and Hazelnuts. Used this as a base recipe idea. Added caramelized onions & garlic with the spinach. Also added parmesan cheese to the mascarpone cheese mixture. A big hit with everyone!
