I finally got a chance to try this smoothie recipe that I found on The Londoner . It's packed with tons of healthy fruits and then also spin.


Grapefruit Ginger Green Smoothie : 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut frozen bananas 4 ounces water handfuls of spinach (or as much as your blender will allow) ½ inch ginger 1 teaspoon green powder (optional, I used Miessence)
