Dawn at the Singing Ringing Tree, 2006, part of four sculptures... a regeneration project created by the East Lancashire Environmental Arts Network...landmarks across East Lancashire to symbolize the re-birth of the area.  Designed by architects Mike Tonkin and Anna Liu of Tonkin Liu, it is a 3 metre tall construction of galvanized steel pipes which harness the energy of the wind to produce sounds covering several octaves.
