NO it is not a HAPPY moment. It is a terrifying moment. Happiness may or may not come later. You'll be happy if you made the right choice which you will never know in the present. Letting go can also be the most devastating thing.
Stop and take inventory of the top 5 people you spend the most time with – Do they live their daily life the way you would want to live yours? If you became like them does it make you a better person? Remember to choose carefully.

I agree. The things I can't change sometimes do change me because I learn to "live life on life's terms." I am open to learning patience and courage, among other things, from the things I cannot change.
